The following is a timeline of Gani Robotics milestones & innovations up to present day. The purpose of this timeline is to show how the company has evolved over time.

Gani Robotics provides customized solutions based on the needs of our customers.

We strongly believe that industrial automation is not a mere replacement of the operator but that it must bring an added value: a reduction in processing times, a qualitative increase, a reduction in the consumption of materials and a management of data and information.

Thanks to the high quality of the components we use, to user-friendly programming and to our powerful self-diagnosis our customers are able to manage these systems in total autonomy.

2012 - EUREKA MOMENT

Lot of resources are consumed for leather manufacturing but effective usage of raw materials is not followed. Need of Automated Nesting and Cutting System is born when we spoke with Industry persons.

2014 - Company Formation

Founders quit their jobs and focused on making this product and as well as few other ideas in FinTech, SaaS and Industrial Automation domains. Company is incorporated and got incubated in PSG-STEP, Coimbatore

2015 - FINTECH & SAAS

Being from Software background, founders actively worked on FinTech Product called Walleto - Mobile Payment Solution and Posler - SaaS based Restaurant Management Solution.

2016 - BACK TO SQUARE ONE

After turning few ideas in to products our core team turned focus back to original idea of optimizing the sustainability of leather industry. We started to survey the industry to find pain point and found the solution.

2017 - PROTOTYPE

Leather Digitization and Grading system is developed. Automatic Identification of marked defects and finding the usability of leather area thereby final grade is arrived.

2018 - DST PRAYAS GRANT

We pitched the product in Investor Funding Carnival conducted by TiE Coimbatore Chapter. Our product is got selected for DST-Prayas grant of sum Rs 9.8 Lakhs

2019 - TOP 10 IN DST - IIGP

Our Product Leather Grading and Nesting system got selected in prestigious India Innovation Growth Program (IIGP 2019) conducted by DST, India and CIIE, Ahmedabad. Participated in an intensive Bootcamp at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and selected as Top 10 Innovations.

2020 - IILF 2020 FAIR

Production ready product is completed and exhibited our product in India International Leather Fair IILF 2020. We got good enquiries on our product and followed with demo is the industries like Good Leathers, KH Leathers, Farida Shoes, Bhartiya Fashion, BAB Leathers, Ramji Garments etc

2020 - TATA INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE ORDER

Post success of Launching our product in IILF 2020, we got purchase order from TIL Automotive Interior division and started customizing our product with respect to TIL requirement.

2021 - VFLE 2021 FAIR

Exhibited our product in Virtual Footwear and Leather Expo 2021 conducted by FICCI and FDDI. Got good response from visitors like Alberto Toressi Shoes, Lear International etc.

2021 - TATA INTERNATIONAL SUCCESSFUL DEPLOYMENT

GaniCRP - Cut Resource Planning system consits of Pattern Digitizer, Hide Digitizer, Nesting System and Video Projection system is succesfully undergone production trial and ready for production deployment. Project is signed off from Tata International Limited.

2022 - Virola International

GaniRobotics got purchase order from Virola International for our solution customised to their production floor. GaniNest and GaniProjection are deployed. Existing cutting machine is integrated to support our cut files.

2022 - Alberto Toressi

After successful deployment of first terminal in Virola International. We deployed two more terminals integrated with their cutting machines.

2022 - ShoeTech Vellore Fair

We participated in ShoeTech Vellore 2022 fair. Showcased our small size GaniNest Leather Nesting Table.

2023 - IILF 2023 FAIR

IILF 2023 fair is major breakthrough for us. We showcased our GaniNest - Leather Nesting Machine and GaniCUT - Leather CNC Knife Cutting Machine. We got several enquiries about our product and got some orders as well.

2023 - ShoeTech Agra Fair

We participated in ShoeTech Agra 2023 fair. Showcased our small size GaniNest Leather Nesting Table.

2023 - Jahan Leather Exports

Serene shoe company which is part of Jahan Leather exports ordered our GaniNest - Leather Nesting Machine. We have successfull deployed our nesting machine integrated with their gbos cutting machine

2024 - ROAD AHEAD..

We are working on developing indigenous cutting system and planned for various other products in our pipeline like Leather Grading Machine, Trimming Machine, Hide Toggling Automation, Shoe Roughing Machine etc.
